Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services directly or indirectly, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue access and use of our services immediately.
Cancellation Policy
If, after booking, you find that you can no longer attend the event, please let us know as soon as possible. You may reschedule your booking, up to 24 hours before the event. We do not offer refunds on booking, and all deposits paid are non refundable.
We do not offer refunds for appointments or events, but do offer rescheduling, in line with the policy outlined above. Of course, we understand that sometimes emergencies happen and cancelling is unavoidable. In these cases we will work with you to find a solution.
For online courses, the purchase is final and no refunds can be given. This is because download materials are made available to you immediately.
Late Arrival
We strive to start our gong baths and events promptly, and as such, latecomers may be denied entry, depending on the nature of the event. We do not allow late entry to gong baths. If you are running late, please let us know by phone (01623 354754) before the start time of the event. We may be able to delay the start to accommodate you. If we have not heard from you, we will start on time. We do not offer refunds or rescheduling if you miss the start time.
If you are running late for your one-to-one appointment, please let us know if possible. We will do our best to accommodate you. However, we will not be able to extend your appointment past its scheduled end time if this will impact another client’s appointment.
