So Hum is a classic breath mantra that steadies the nervous system without any fuss or fancy. No deity names, no heavy symbolism; just you, your breath, and a gentle return to centre.

Hello! I thought you might like a little update on Hello! I thought you might like a little update on what will become the Earthtones Retreat House. I've been working hard and although there's still more to do in all of these rooms (some painting to finish, floors to clean, or redo, furniture to buy!), that's been a lot of progress.

I have been plastering, painting, shopping and planning. 

Next week I'll be starting the bit I've been dreading - the back corridor and toilet, which both need replastering 😱

But for now, the dining room, living room and dorm room. The dining room is the only room with any furniture atm (apart from my bedroom, which has a bed!).
