Cacao & Sound Immersion Retreat
A small-group residential cacao retreat held at Les Ateliers de Cosne (Haute Seine) in rural Burgundy.
This retreat offers a calm, grounded container for ceremonial cacao, sound, reflection and integration, with time to rest, process and reconnect.

- 5‑day residential retreat at a dedicated retreat and training venue
- Dorm‑style accommodation (shared rooms of 4, single beds)
- 3 nourishing vegetarian meals per day

- All group sessions held in a decorated bell tent or outdoor spaces (weather permitting), alternatively held in our barn workshop space.

Day 1: Arrival & Grounding
Afternoon Arrival & Check-In: settle into dorms, unpack, relax.
Opening Circle + Cacao Ceremony
Evening Gong Bath: gentle sound immersion.
Day 2: Movement, Creativity & Cacao
Morning Chant Session: gentle vocal toning, breathwork.
Cacao Ceremony + ChakraDance: movement meditation with cacao.
Creative Session: art, journalling, or ritual craft.

Day 3: Deep Immersion

Food
Your retreat includes three vegetarian meals a day. We offer simple but tasty homecooked fare. Please let us know at the time of booking of any additional dietary requirements.
Sample Menu (one full day)
Breakfast: Porridge with honey, cinnamon, and seasonal fruit, fresh bread with butter or nut butter
Lunch: Lentil and vegetable soup, bread rolls, fresh fruit
Dinner: Roasted seasonal vegetables with herbs, brown rice, and mixed green salad with vinaigrette
Snacks and drinks will be available throughout the day.
