Today was one of those behind-the-scenes days that nobody really sees, but they make all the difference.
While our wonderful cleaner tackled the less glamorous jobs, including a deep clean of the kitchen, toilets and communal areas, I spent the day sorting, tidying and refreshing the training studio.
It’s easy to focus on the courses, gong baths and events, but the space itself matters too. Whether someone is joining us for a sound healing training course, a cacao ceremony or a gong bath, we want them to feel comfortable, welcome and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

As Earthtones continues to grow, we’re also simplifying and reorganising. Many of you will know we’ve been reducing our shop stock over recent months so that we can focus more on what we do best: sound healing training and transformational experiences.
A fresh, organised space creates a different energy. Instruments are easier to access, teaching materials are easier to find, and students can focus on learning without distractions.
By the end of the day everything felt lighter, brighter and ready for the next round of courses and events. Now all that’s left is to put the kettle on and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done.
Have you had a spring clean recently? There’s something surprisingly therapeutic about creating a little more space, both around us and within us.
