Also known as a harmony ball or bola pendant, it creates a soft, delicate chime with gentle movement. Traditionally used in meditation and mindful practice, the sound can support calm, grounding and relaxation.

In sound healing sessions, these tiny chimes are wonderful for adding a light, ethereal sparkle around the body or energy field. They are subtle, soothing and surprisingly effective for such a small instrument.

Harmony balls are also traditionally worn during pregnancy on a long chain, so the gentle sound rests near the baby bump. Many people believe the baby becomes familiar with the sound before birth, which may then feel comforting and reassuring after they arrive.
