Today’s Monday Mantra is for worry – something many of us have at the moment. Whilst worry is natural, it serves very little purpose for us – worry doesn’t help us resolve a situation for example, and can be an obstacle to resolution – when we worry too much it renders us incapable of taking any action at all!
This mantra takes the energy of worry and returns it to its source, so that it can be released back to you for more positive endeavours.
Whilst I was chanting in this video I could feel the energy shift within myself as I let go of the worry of a situation one of my children lay on me at 7.30 this morning without warning. Kids have a habit of doing this, don’t they? As I was chanting, I felt that worry leave – it’s not something to be worried about, just something to be resolved. It can be resolved, and so my energy is better spent on the solution rather than inaction whilst I worry about what to do.
Shante prashante sarva cinta upasha mani swaha
shan-tay prah-shan-tay sar-va sin-tah oop-a-shar mar-nee sva-ha
Invoking supreme peace I offer the quality of fear to its source in the higher and formless universal mind. Salutations
